UNIQLO “Anniversary Sale” —

A social media check-in campaign
that drew 200,000 participants in six days.

From 2011 to 2012, we produced special campaign sites including UNIQLO’s Anniversary Festival. On the UNIQLO Anniversary Festival special site “CHECK-IN CHANCE,” we ran a campaign where checking in on Facebook at stores nationwide could win coupons and a round-the-world trip, achieving over 200,000 check-ins in six days. As a special plan for the Anniversary Festival, we aimed to convey a lively, festive feel. After that, we produced five campaign sites where coupons and gifts could be won online: “CHECK-IN CHANCE | GINZA UNIQLO” commemorating the opening of the Ginza store with the world’s largest sales-floor area; “WEB GARA-PON,” a 28th-anniversary celebration where you could join the draw by spinning a lottery drum in tandem with SNS; “MARCHE-GO-ROUND,” commemorating the opening of the Printemps Ginza store; and the year-end/new-year special plan “NEW YEAR GARA-PON.” *This is a website that was previously made in Flash.
